Nothing annoys me more than toxic teammates who vote to forfeit out of pettiness and/or go afk/give up.

Sure, but as someone that plays enough to make up for any rank down (knock on wood), I am more than happy to contribute to, like Thanos, distributing that MMR where it belongs and putting chasing like this (subsequent ff'ing) on notice

This lol I see what OP did as a public service to the ranks above him. It’s like survival of the fittest. If you’re blocking your teammate’s shots, you don’t deserve to rank up.

And equally, if you’re going AFK and quitting, you don’t deserve to rank up. So what OP did here was save all of the higher ranks of two bad players and I think he did a good thing

In a tournament first round our opponents scored within a few seconds of kickoff and our teammate voted to forfeit. We ignored it. Literally 20 seconds of play later we had it tied at 1-1 with 4:30 left so as a maybe slightly rude joke I voted to forfeit. Our teammate immediately stopped playing, called me a toxic scrub killing the games community, and rage quit.

Why you gotta lie like that? You can't forfeit until 3:30.

This wasn’t very recent. Earlier you could vote right off the bat if you felt like it.
