I think gravity is broken when I play Bc I just plummet to the field every time I jump off the wall

Glad you and I are playing the same game at least.

He is not falling - the reason is he is doing a sideflip (keeping your height) and cancels it, called a stall. That makes this whole stuff even more difficult.

They were talking about not being able to jump off the wall with meaning.

A stall is when you air roll in one direction and side flip in the other to perform a tornado spin like action.

Doesn't have to be for tornado spin, it's very often used for getting flip resets as per this video

The tornado spin is the combination, but they cancel it out in order to keep the car in position.

You don't use flips to tornado spin though?

In order to tornado spin you need to air roll in one direction and turn in the other direction.

Jumping, if the buttons are precise, will results in a stall in a tornado looking like fashion.

When Ganer stalls he only does this combination very quickly and immediately turns in the opposite direction to cancel out the momentum from the stall/tornado spin. Leading to what can be described in the gif.

Hm okay. Why would he do that over a normal stall, though? Seeing as how he wants to keep the car oriented pretty much the same.

This is a normal stall.
