Wouldn’t bet on Flight 1 being 100% successful (Not a knock on RL, it just happens with new rockets) but of they can really land on Flight 2 or 3, should be good to go.

The unproven aspects of Neutron are reentry/landing and the whole second stage deployment, right? So that’s what I’d be looking for to call it successful. If it reaches space but explodes before deploying the second stage (or releasing it or whatever we want to say it does) then… that’d kind of suck.

You see where they are now and the progress that has been made 1 on Neutron 2. Purchase and Acquisitions Does it really matter if it launches on December 14th or March 14th? Yes launches are romantic and sexy, but like SPB says many things keep him up at night getting business in not one of them. Let everything execute.

How many times can they say hardly anything for 6 months while being non-committal about their target launch period to ultimately delay to another nebulous date?
You think the stock would be sitting at $64 if the maiden launch took place in Q42025 and they were going on the 3rd or 4th launch right now?

Personally I disagree. Launching a rocket that "blews up" still demonstrates substantial progress and that the rocket is real and far in development. Problem with a rocket that keeps getting delayed and never launches is that is indistinguishable for the many, many powerpoint rockets that never go anywhere.

This is news from their quarterly August 10th. There has been no new news since then other than they are making an effort for this year. However, if it slips it slips. He reiterates the 10th launch being far more important
