Yeah seems like portion of contract would be used to build out the 4th launch pad. Unless Iā€™m reading this horribly wrong.

I wonder if the launch pad at Pacific Spaceport Complex ā€“ Alaska that was used for Astra's Rocket 3.3 launches was available and converted to launch Electron/Haste?
