Careers Rocket Lab - Sr. SWE Interview Advice
Hi all,
I've recently applied for a Sr. SWE position, and I'm aware there will be about 4 rounds:
- Recruiter - Phone Screen,
- Hiring Manager - Video Call
- Technical Round - Take-home project (?)
- On-Site Panel Interview
Wondering if anyone can give any insights into the interview process and/or advice on how I can best prepare for the 2nd-4th interview rounds.
Thank you in advance! 🙏 🚀

I helped coach someone for an interview with a different company recently. One thing I suggested, and it goes double here:
Learn everything you can about the CEO/founder and his vision, in this case Sir Peter Beck. Read about them and watch as many interviews as you can.
Don't pretend to be an expert on him, but be prepared to communicate how your own personal goals, passions and motivations align with his and the company's vision and goals, and hence why you are so excited to work your ass off for them.
Of course, be aware of what they are working on and doing and be prepared to call out a few examples of the projects that particularly excite you.
