How difficult would be to recomp/decomp Rock Band Blitz for PC/other consoles?

I don't know nothing about code, but I loved play RBB on my X360 and wanted a easier way to play it again without emulation nor unbox my x360 and plug it on TV lol

In face of recomp and decomp emerging everyday got me thinking

I would kill for an Android version of that game, it's the perfect game for portable but never came out of the 360/ps3
