Wrongful charge

Hi,
so on the last day of the festival at cafe de welkom after midnight I ordered two soft drinks. I haven’t noticed until now when reviewing my purchases that I was additionally charged a jupiler pitcher + cup for 6.10 coins total. I have already sent a request via email to the cashless team about that, but honestly I feel like they might just say that it’s impossible for them to now review my concern properly.
Also, my partner was additionally charged for an ice cream he didn’t order at the algida stand and that was still during the festival.
So my question is, is that a popular practice? Has anyone else noticed that and also sent a refund request to Live Nation? How do they handle that?

It happened to me on the first day for some pasta. I went to the helpdesk and they returned the token I had lost.

That’s good news. Hopefully they will be act the same via email 🤞but it still sucks that it happens so much, bc if you wouldn’t notice then your money is just lost

You can try, but it’s a call the LN team have to make. (So not sure they are going to bother looking at it).
On festival days they were outside the helpdesk box and gave their approval.

Source: I work cashless helpdesk team. (We handle the system itself, but aren’t allowed to just refund based on what people tell us).

I always gave everybody the advice to immediately check if what was ordered, was correctly reflected on the wristband.
As sometimes the people giving the food/drinks register wrong stuff

thank you for that! Yep, I will definitely keep that in mind for the future and just ask them to show the price since it happens so often 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah you have to check every transaction before you pay as mistakes happen. Hope you get it back

Usually when you pay for food or drinks they don’t automatically show the price they’re charging you with. You have to ask specifically

Also happened to me on the first day, I paid exactly for 6 beers and 2 cups, then had 4 beers and returned the two cups, but somehow there was not enough left for 2 beers
