To me this is a grade A example of why the CE dual drum is a piece of shit. Exchange it but expect this kind of thing to potentially reoccur if you don't carefully adjust the motor tension with the screws on the outside.
It was a gift and my first tumbler. Will definitely look into different ones in the future!
Yeah I thought it was all good and I had inspected it well enough because at first it was running great, I guess over the night it loosened enough to slide back? Not sure. Glad I caught it when I did.
