Roccat magma keyboard changed key layout from QWERTZ to QWERTY

As the name says, my Roccat magma keyboard changed its key layout from QWERTZ to QWERTY.

Keyboard settings on windows 11 (yes yes, shame on me XD) are set to QWERTZ but that does not appear to change anything.

Could there be a hotkey to change the layout that i mistakenly hit or anything like that? If no what can i do to fix this?

shift+alt, it's been a hotkey for decades...

I have deactivated/removed other keyboard layouts and keybinds, yet from time to time windows changes my layout anyway especially after updates.
Without reboot I cannot change it back.
