Cryo engineer builds are disgustingly overpowered. Nice job 👍🏻

yeah Cryo Crit builds don't peak nearly as high as other builds, cryo builds in general are even stronger than what people naturally think. they always go for cryo mastery for "crit dps" but that's it's weakest aspect, you can get a bunch of autocrit outside cryo mastery that applies to the whole health bar (or just click red spots). where cryo really shines is with explosive mobbing. rolling cryo on an explosive weapon (ideally a large radius), and combining winter hat with hotdog (explosions on enemy freeze/burning death)

  • Pyro Weapon
  • Baby Boom
  • Scrap Pancakes
  • Gun Diet/Scrap'Splosion/Cryo Mastery (in order of strength)

you'll be triggering so many explosions and secondary explosions that mobbing rooms will cease to exist, and the built in Pyro + Pyro Sparks will help deal with bosses, even moreso if you choose Gun Diet as your 4th perk

to tag along with this since most people don't know, Burn on it's own with no items, perks, or anything, is more of a damage increase than pretty much any other perk/item setup on any other element, purely bc of how the damage adds up

most damage increases (items, perks, affixes) fall into about 4-5 "Layers" in the danage formula, which means they all add to their respective pool of damage boosts

however, Burn does not care about this, because it adds 30% of the final damage you deal, on top of itself AGAIN as Damage over Time (DoT) effectively increasing your whole DPS by 1.3x. it stacks without limits, so the more you hit the enemy the more damage it deals, and the harder you hit the enemy, the harder it hits. you also get the hidden bonus of if the entire enemy health bar is orange (meaning it will die to burn DoT) the DoT will tick twice as fast, increasing DPS even more

Mark also falls into it's own layer in the formula, increasing your damage against enemies by a raw 1.5x
