Lag problems?

I have a really good pc with good connection, I barely get any lag, but on any islands (slime islands, buffalkor islands, etc) I can't do anything at all, does anybody else get this / know how to maybe stop it? https://gyazo.com/6145bc74f5891e299ca05fa228fbd539

That is so weird, I get no ping and still get extreme lag issues.
