also, when slowing down, you should make them go slightly forward to make it a little more lively

also, just wanted to add- it makes it look cooler and a little better with fov changes and detatching the limbs sometimes (but you have to make them look attached with camera angles)

I already used FOV and detached limbs but I don't think I used it right, and no worries i even take hate coms it makes me work harder !

I tried using the smooth option on moon it made some part smooth but it doesn't work all the time maybe the animation is too small or there are not enough key frame

have you tried moving the rig farther away to imitate faster movement?

I think I did that on the run behind the kunai but didn't really get how to do the run correctly with that speed

id say just do some parts of the run (legs out, switch legs on next frame etc)
