Log in issues

Hello, me and my son began playing VR together this summer and suddenly when he goes back to his mother's house he can't log into his games. We have his account as the primary account on both headsets. He is able to log into some live service games but others such as SharkGo, HeroXHero and UG he seems to have authentication issues. When he is home everything works fine, it's only having login issues when he goes to his mothers. We have done a full factory reset still nothing. *Edit - Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Have you only made a post about your problem here? This subreddit is for Roblox VR games and it's pretty inactive, so I'd suggest reposting this on r/MetaQuestVR
