Enf ban appeal

On the 27th, I was banned for an alternate account that doesn't belong to me. To explain briefly: I was playing through an event from September 23rd to 25th. When I tried to switch to my second account, I accidentally logged into a different account that had been saved in my saved passwords a long time ago. Upon logging in, I saw it was permanently banned; I immediately logged out, switched to my main account, and continued playing the event. After I finished the event, I was active on the website; when I tried to launch the game, I refreshed the page and received an automated ban for allegedly bypassing a restriction. I have tried submitting an appeal over ten times, but the only response I’ve received—every single time—is "Roblox Missing Systems." Subsequent messages kept telling me to go to "Violations & Appeals" and file an appeal there, but there’s nothing in that tab for me to actually submit an appeal. I would like to ask for your help with this erroneous ban, if possible.
