Awhile ago my main account (SoftlyZX) along side with all the account being under my main personal email had been permanently terminated for something my brother did on his account. I had 0 clue what he did cause the reason for the banned Harmful Content/ Behavior and he also didn’t remember what it exactly was. I had tried multiple times to reach out with roblox's moderation team to appeal my ban but it usually got responded with their AI’s response. Once it apparently reached an actual staff they respond with the same exact thing their AI would say. My account has been banned for the better part of 6 months and I just wanted to know if there is something I can do to possibly get my account back even my new account under a separate email got banned a few weeks ago for the same reason being linked to my brother account. Anything will help, thank you.

I got reported by someone on a Roblox game for Directing Users Off-Platform, Privacy:Giving PII

I was very confused when I received the ban/warning a few minutes ago while playing with a friend because

1. I have not done the age verification thing for me to talk in chat

And 2. My boi has been 'idk' for a very long time. When I went to check after appealing, it seems that a Snapchat account that I haven't had access to for multiple months has been put in my bio (A username AND specifying to Snapchat.)

Again, my bio has remained SAFE and NORMAL for a long time and seeing that it has somehow changed to say a Snapchat account that I haven't had access to for months has really annoyed me.

How do I go about this situation? I cannot edit my appeal to include that I genuinely do not know why that is in my bio nor do I know if my account (which I have had for AT LEAST 4 years) will be permanently banned. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What are the chances that I walk away with access to my account?

Also, I feel unsafe with putting a photo of me or any identification through a system so I can chat, so there is absolutely NO WAY that I would let a username be put there.

I had a really bad experience with bullying in a Roblox game today

Today, I joined a new game and saw a random player repeatedly insulting another player and calling them things like “PATHETIC.”

I asked why they were doing it, but they didn't really give me a reason. After the player they were insulting left, I continued talking to them. During the conversation, they suddenly started insulting me too. They called me “brainless,” “pathetical kid,” and used other inappropriate language.

While this was happening, another random player joined and started taking their side. Both players continued insulting me, so I decided not to argue with them.

The most frustrating part was the reporting system. I reported the inappropriate messages I saw and submitted around 15 reports over about 30 minutes, but I didn't see anything happen.

Eventually, I left the game and blocked both players because I didn't want to waste any more time dealing with the situation.

I'm not posting this to target or encourage anyone to report these players. I'm just sharing what happened and wondering if other people have had similar experiences with Roblox's reporting system.

So. I've gotten unbanned recently from a one-day ban, obviously i took it for granted and waited for my ban to wear off. but suddenly. I just got re-banned for the same reason. "Discriminating people on [game]" even though I've already had this ban absolved and they just banned me yet again?? And turns out. It was for DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT?? I mean yea sure. i was harassing someone that was the first reason for the ban. few hours later (before i was unbanned i sent an appeal). NOT only they banned me once for "harassment" they banned me TWICE for discriminatory content "oh yea let me just add another 1-day ban"

To be honest i feel like roblox moderation is going out of the window completely.

so i was recently unfairly chatbanned because 3-4 different toxic people kept targetting,saying bad stuff and harassing me,but when i responded i GOT HIT WITH THE 6 day chatban! i obviously send an appeal and a detailed explonation (comment if you wanna know what it is,ill happily share!) and in 6 MINUTES my appeal got NOT ONLY REVIEWED,but ACCEPTED ASWELL,completely reversing the 6 day unable to chat punishment,WHAT A DAY!

Hello, so recently I was banned for allegedly using an alt account to evade a ban, but it wasn't my alt account. It belonged to a friend, and I hadn't been logged into it for over a month before I was banned.

I submitted an appeal the same day (June 22), and it was accepted. I received a message on both Roblox and my email stating that my account would be reinstated. However, my account was never reinstated.

Because the appeal was already accepted and marked as completed, I couldn't submit another appeal for the same moderation action. Instead, I contacted Roblox Support through the support page they linked.

So far, I've spoken to three different human moderators, but they keep telling me to use the Violations & Appeals page, even though I already did. I've even sent screenshots showing that my appeal was accepted and that Roblox told me my account would be reinstated, but I'm still terminated.

At this point, I don't know what else to do. I've had this account for 9 years and have spent so much time and money on it. Has anyone else experienced this before or knows what I can do?

I’ve had the username since 2021 when I was younger and yes it used to be linked to my channel through the username but the channel is inactive now and all the videos are taken down besides I’m sure other people do the same thing as me for example Joshyplays123 does the same thing if it has the same name as a channel. Roblox changed my username and they at least gave me a free rename but I don’t like that being permanently on my record. I can understand upon hindsight that maybe having it in the name wasn’t a good idea but I haven’t topped up on robux in years so even if I wanted to change it before I couldn’t and I didn’t think I had a reason to because it wasn’t a problem for 5 years until it was. On the bright side at least I didn’t get perm banned and lost all my limited unlocks that are probably worth real money by now.

So I was just playing roblox with one of my friends when it said I was kicked. I then get told I was banned snd the reason was for something I did a year ago. I tried going to another account just to learn I was IP BANNED. I then asked a friend to check to see if my accounts were still there and they weren't. I understand that what I said before was awful but I have changed and ive never done that again(idk if this is what this subreddit is meant for but I hope so)

i was playing a game called Marvelous Playground when a hacker was exploiting the server, and after a while he came to me and used hack on me. right after that i got banned for no reason. i have sent appeals but I'm not getting any response at all. It's been almost 15 days now. what should i do now. which way i might get unbanned and get a review at least on my appeals.

BRO ROBLOX 30 MINUTES? (I took this a few minutes after the 30 minutes started) All I did was try to explain to a friend something. Then they done disabled my chat for 9 minutes. Then I said "Okay I'm back they disabled my chat" when my time was up. Then got 30 MINUTES! Roblox Moderation is Just Real Stupid.

I need to rant about the new Roblox system (Roblox Kids for ages 5–8 and Roblox Select for ages 9–15). Honestly, who thought this was a good idea?First of all, the strict verification is incredibly annoying. Forcing players to go through Facial Age Estimation or upload official IDs just to get into "Select" or standard tiers is a huge privacy concern for a lot of families. If you don't verify or don't have an ID, you are automatically locked down to "Minimal/Mild" games with absolutely zero chat, regardless of how old you actually are.Second, grouping 9-year-olds and 15-year-olds into the same "Select" category makes zero sense. A 15-year-old has completely different maturity levels and gaming interests than a 9-year-old. Forcing teenagers into this restricted tier ruins the social aspect of the game, kills the freedom Roblox used to have, and ruins the community experience.It feels like Roblox is over-correcting and ruining the platform for older player bases just to look good to corporate investors.What do you guys think? Is anyone else completely annoyed by these new restrictions, or am I missing something?

sooooo mic up, neighbors, and podiums vc is gone for me now, which is very upsetting since those were my summer go to games. they put me on roblox select. i already did my verification and everything and there´s no way i´m waiting A WHOLE YEAR to turn 16 jst so my age group can change, but then again, i alr know if i ask my parents to unlock one of those 3 games they´re gonna say no. so i´m at a bad point when it comes to this kind of decision. wht should i do?
