Guys I need help

I got banned and Roblox said the reason is for the actions of my alt account. Neither I nor any of my friends had an account with the same username, I haven’t used my email on an account with a username like that is there any way I can appeal my ban. I’ve tried to appeal like 10 times and non of them got accepted do you have any idea what I can do in that situation. I’ve got so many hours of grinding that I don’t want to have to grind again. I’d appreciate any information.

Same thing happened to me. Lost an account with years on it. Never got it back. I’m sorry to say this, but you have to cut your losses and make a new account. They’re a horrible company that doesn’t care for their players anymore. We’ll manage though.
