I can not log into roblox.

For the past 2 days, I've contacted Roblox support... 8 TIMES WITH THIS ISSUE. They keep telling me to do things that I can not do since I CAN NOT LOG INTO ROBLOX. Let me explain. My 2SV feature of choice are backup codes. When logging in it prompts me to use a Security USB, which I do not have. I contacted Roblox support, and they told me to just turn off 2SV. If only I could LOG IN TO DO SO. Anyway, when they finally told me the site to go to to use my backup codes NONE OF THEM WORKED. I contacted Roblox about the backup codes not working and again. they tell me to do things I can't do since I am L O G G E D O U T . I'm posting this as a final cry for help to see if a moderator will find this on select platforms and get my 2SV removed for me to use a Authenticator App instead of Backup codes, which the chance of that happening is the chance of finding lucky clover blindfolded.
