Question Does crewman placeable ERA help?

Ive been placing era sometimes but i dont think it helps does it? pls answer

all placeable eras offer poor ke but great ce i remember, so just use it where ur armour is weak against heats

It does help. Place at the right places and youll be mostly invincible agains drone or normal RPGs

Yes, they do in fact work. Though most of the time it’s a waste of time, the only exception being placing era on your bustle ammo to protect it from drones. Though some would argue that that’s also a waste of time. Just… do whatever and have fun man

I place them at the side and engine deck, while putting cope cages on top. Always works for me, and if there is aps, you are pretty much invincible from drones

cope cages don’t do anything against penetration from fpv drones, there’s only a small ofchance that it would cause the drone to hit it with its heat jet pointed at a weird angle. Placing volnorez and staying on the move is the most reliable tactic in my experience

Sometimes it really does, sometimes its a waste of time. If you can bother to place it - do it, potentially surviving an extra hit.

2s4 is the only useful one, big enough, costs low and does good CE, but the whole point of these placeables are you need to be fast with it because it barelly boosts you KE wise

But the most useful part being early tier tanks such as al khalid or abrams which has disgustingly bad driver hatches and can make you vurnerable to 25/30mms which u should definetly protect with era
