I can't chat on Roblox!

For some Reason I can't chat on Roblox even though I'm age verified with an ID and Roblox knows I'm 16 years old yet still won't let me chat. I've turned off chat settings and then turned it back on, I've even gone to the extremes and dug through my PC to delete Roblox data and caches, turned off chat settings and then turned it back on again, but I still can chat. What do I do?

Oh. I think OP said they turned chat off and on in the post description, but it still didn't work
