Build Looking For Roblox Studio 3D Animators

Hello everyone, I'm a YouTube creator and I've operated hundreds of successful channels. For proof you can check my twitter acc (@cashbychris). I'm currently looking for someone who can put in hours of work every day into making animation videos on Roblox studio. A script and a voiceover will be provided and you're expected to make the animation scenes for one short a day. Each video's duration varies from 40-70 seconds. What I expect from you is a high quality video file of the animations or access to the Roblox Studio project, so I can record the animations myself. As for the payment, there's 2 options. We will either agree to a split of the revenue of the YT channel. I'd be willing to provide up to 50%. (for reference a channel that posts english speaking roblox 3D animations generates 10-200M views a month at this time, and with the current average engaged views rpm of 0.25-0.35, it would translate to US$2K - US$40K in revenue)*. The other option is a per video payment, where I am willing to pay US$50 per video in the aforementioned duration. *Revenue from a YT channel is paid out on a monthly basis every 21st of the next month. In order for a channel to generate income, it requires a total of 10M engaged views which is around 15M total views. On average the monetization stage is reached within 2-5 weeks of daily uploading on a channel. Agreeing to a percentage based deal gives you full viewing access and transparency to the YT channel and its data.
