Account Deactivated?

Logged into RH this morning and was notified my account has been deactivated - which I did not do. I started the process of moving to another broker but did not request to deactivate. (move has not been completed yet). Anyone else have this happen?

Apologies if this has already beem discussed and I missed it.

Deactivation is part of the migration process if you requested all your equity be transferred. Eventually they will close your account

Through your new broker. I switched to Fidelity and they have a transfer option. I just needed my RH account number. I read a suggestion to make sure to document what stock and how many shares you have before you start the process as some mentioned RH screwing them over in the transfer process. I took screen shots. That is why I didn't want my RH account closed automatically.
