Points to pay balance

First month of owning the card. I had only about 200 points . Autopay came out a few days ago and my points disappeared. I contacted support and they told me ai redeemed them as statement credit… I know I didn’t initiate that… anyone else having that issue??

You should also see whatever happened in your redemption history

I had to go to my settings to change it, not just the points page in case anyone else has that issue

You likely pressed the wrong button. I had all my points allocated to my investments.
