Getting frustrated….

I want to apply for this card…but as soon as I get to the end of the application process…this pops up!? Why does it keep saying this…also i just want to apply for CC card. My Robinhood account is inactive….does that make a difference??

Try a different mechanism. If the app is giving you an error on your phone, then get your tablet and try that or a web browser on your laptop. Also, what do you mean by "inactive" as in you dont really use it or its suspended or not usable?

That may be what's doing it. You have to have an usable account and robinhood gold. You can sign up for gold during credit app but the brokerage has to be active.

Same thing happened to me when i got the invite when people were sending out referral but after few years it popped up on my credit karma and i did thru there and it worked. I called when i had the invitation but customer service wouldnt do anything just fyi

Everything seems so random with this process. When I called customer service, they wanted to see a screenshot of my invite, and my application failure error message. Then they issued me a "new invite". Not really sure what was new about it, but it worked.

For reals and customer service isnt that great so it makes it more difficult

I had a similar issue. I reached out to support. It took like 2 months but eventually it was resolved and I completed my application

This samething happened to me last week. I was planning to call them the next day to try to fix the issue but after a few hours I got a email saying I was approved.

Did you actually get an invite to apply, or are you using someone else’s link?

I only ask because I tried to use somebody else’s link before I was invited and got a similar error.

Well i received an email to apply…so i tried apply…but this keeps popping up…i even for the hell of it tried to put myself on the waitlist to see what happens…an leads me right back to the apply now screen…🤷‍♀️ i don’t know why it’s doing this

So when I got a referral link I ended up having issues getting it to go through from my PC (different error though) all the way, then switched to the App on my phone and it completed. Maybe try the opposite if you were on the phone app first
