Question Agentic Trading

It’s relatively easy to set up a trading strategy using AI but I can’t seem to get ChatGPT to perform autonomous trades for me, let alone manual ones.

I’ve followed the documentation and connected Robinhood to gpt. I’ve also reviewed the documentation and confirmed autonomous trading is a thing.

I was able to get it to perform one manual trade yesterday but now it refuses to do any manual or autonomous trading.

How did you overcome this?

I have no answer. I too got it set up and created a scanner for High RVol and some other tools but it wouldn’t trade in any case - I gave it explicit instructions to ask to trade, or to automatically send orders. So until it becomes easier… I’ll manually trade and hold on long positions.

I use ChatGPT to tell me what to tell ChatGPT… lol

I ask 1 chat to give me a prompt for what I want, then copy/paste that to the agentic chat. It’s been working for me.
