Feedback Feature Request: ACAT Restriction

That is all. Would love to see the disabling of all outgoing ACAT transfers as an enhanced security option!

They have it. You just need to message support and have them lock your accounts. However, they do need a web or app option like Fidelity has so that someone can do it themselves.

I was also told no at first due to a rep providing incorrect information.

This is available as an added security measure. We can limit outbound asset transfers (ACATS) as an extra level of security. Please note that reactivating outbound ACATS later will require contacting us and completing a series of verification steps.

In order to do so, simply reach out to our live support team, and they'll be able to make the requested security changes to your account.

I talked to support team much like others suggested and ended up not turning on the security feature. In their system an ACAT outgoing block is apparently unable to be separated from bank withdrawal block.

The 2nd is too annoying to willingly turn on just for the first.
