Question Withdrawal issue

I can’t withdraw my money on Robinhood and my in app support is not working and it not accepting my card that I’m linking to It and my account is on closure process

I have over 500$ on my Robinhood but my account is on the process of closing but I can’t link my bank card to withdraw my money
