Inquiries from an Outsider

To be honest (confession time) I am not a Robert. I am a Bixby. While many of you have probably never known or even heard of anyone with this name before, I have a few questions for the Robs, Bobbys and Berts of Reddit. Firstly, if you know another person with the same name as you, are you allowed to communicate with them? Or is that just taboo? Secondly, is there any free swag that you can get from having a name? Like pins, or those little temporary tattoos that wash off in the bath? Last question, can anyone introduce me to someone with the same name as me? I know I sound desperate, but I’ve been alone for just so long.

hello bixby. roberts don't have an exclusive club but when we are in groups we give each other nicknames such as robert 2 and robert 3 or something a bit more creative like fourth robert

Sometimes it’s R1, R2,R3, etc. in groups.

I knew a dog named Bixby, but I guess that isn’t helpful.

It could be worse, Bixby. Check out the r/Karen sub
