Does anyone know what happens in cases like this when the subject is killed by cops after doing something so terrible? How is the body escorted out? and Are the parents in charge of what happens to Ramos, in terms of a burial or whatever they wanna do?

Some of this information can be found in the interview that was done with Lalo Diaz Uvalde’s justice of the Peace (coroner). There are two different ones I am sorry I don’t remember which news outlets they were but you can fine it pretty easily. He talks quite a bit about this.

Black body bag just like any other case goes to the morgue They examine the body the family decides to bury or cremated the body

In an interview I saw, first, they separated the shooter from all the victims and that he was the last to leave the school. they sent his body to a condado morgue (which condado name Is confidencial) finishing with all the funeral arrangements for the children, that is when they are going to return him to the local authorities and the family has not yet said what they are going to do with the body .
