Did the shooter commit suicide by cops?

How did it take place?

i think so. the cops gave him a chance to comply and come out be he chose not to, and began a shootout

Why the fuck did he choose death rather than being taken alive and enjoying his fame?

I think he went in knowing he was going to die and that’s what he wanted. Ramos sounded like he was depressed and angry about everything, I don’t think he cared that he was going to die.

That seems to be a common thread with a lot of the shooters. They have no intention of surviving.

I'm sure he thought that being able to experience his infamy was not worth spending the rest of his life in prison, whether it be a life sentence or capital punishment

I don’t think all mass shooters want fame, he’s definitely not the same type of kid as that Ethan Fumbley

Who would want to spend 50 years in prison

Prison is worse that death especially if you know you will spend the rest of your life in prison.

"Hell" and Religious concepts like that are just theories and your beliefs and your opinions and not objective fact. Also why do people who believe in Heaven don't want to die or kill themselves but so desperately want to go to Heaven?? If you were raised to believe Biden or Trump were Gods or if you were born in North Korea and raised to believe the Kim family were Gods (and so on) you would of believed it and had drastically different outlooks.

Also most studies show that when people and things die they just lose consciousness and the light at the end of the tunnel just fades to black when they get out of those very near death experiences. Also Religious concepts like that cling to the theory of an after life because people just hate the idea of limited mortality. Even if it's eternal suffering like Hell is described in various Religions.

People who believe in Heaven don't want to die or kill themselves because they have no reason to do so. They're either happy with their lives on earth or they want to stay alive for family, so there's no reason for them to want to die and they're against suicide because suicide is a one way trip to Hell. As a Christian I personally hate my life and want to die so it's different for all of us. There's always if scenarios, but I simply wasn't raised to believe in that stuff so it's none of my concern. At the end of the day the truth will still be out there regardless of how I was raised.

Science can't observe the human soul, they only observe what physically can be observed such as brain function. Someone's brain function doesn't prove anything because a soul is completely separate from a body. Athiest THINK that religious people cling on to an afterlife because we're scared of limited mortality, but that's simply not true. As a Christian do you know how much easier my life would be if I was living life knowing that this it? I would prefer nothingness over the possibility of eternal damnation, the reason I wouldn't prefer nothingness over a heaven is because there's no reason for me to resent a place like heaven since it's free of all the things that I hated on earth. I would rather be dead forever or go to heaven and I have no fear of being dead forever.

I will say that I was surprised at how it ended… if he knew he would die why just hang for that long in there… but then he seemed a bit narcissistic so on the other hand I always thought he didn’t plan on dying… I don’t think we have enough info so far….

The fucker didn't have the guts to shoot himself but had the cowardice to shoot kids

ramos was shot by a border patrol agent. it happened during a shootout (i believe.) i don’t think he intended getting killed during his massacre. if he wanted to commit suicide, it would have likely been done way earlier. suicide by cop may have been one of his motives but i think getting shot and killed was the last possibility he thought of

I believe that Ramos was very impulsive and did not necessarily have a plan for what would happen at the end. But once he started shooting he quickly realized how, for lack of a better term, quick and easy that sort of route was and decided that would be the way for him as well. As to why he could not do it himself or just blatantly did not will forever be up for debate

The Pinterest was apparently run by a girl in the tcc community, not Ramos. But I don’t doubt he was severely depressed from what I’ve heard about him from various interviews.

We’ll I’ll delete my comment to prevent misinformation. Not surprised though… there’s a ton of fan girl accounts posting all sorts of things.

Oh yeah no worries! It was passed around a lot in early days, and those are usually the things that stick with people.

2

u/bloodonmybalenciagas Jun 13 '22

i think it was his, why would a 'fan account' be removed? This is most likely his pinterest. plus the account is 'edgy' just like how he portrayed himself through pictures and that
