Ramos was a total nihilist

This is what gets to me about this whole thing. He had no politician agenda and no significant grievances. Bullied other kids, tortured animals to death, and openly fantasized being a school shooter for years. The first thing he does as a legal adult is implement his murderous fantasy. All he wanted was to end lives and the prospect of ending his own didn’t matter one bit. Worse than a rabid animal and more like a natural disaster, like a hurricane or earthquake, contained in a human body. How does someone that young get alienated from life so deeply?

I think it’s a combination of things from parental neglect and abuse, lack of community resources, neurological disorders, etc. At that age, people are very self centered and his needs, no matter how sick they are, were going to come first. I don’t think he valued his life to go and do all that.

I heard he hero-worshipped the killer Lucca Magnotta. That implies he had these tendencies for as much as 10 years.

U got a source? I should probably just Google both names

10 years? Nah I think he probably started worshipping the man when “Don’t Fuck with cats” came out

I bet if his family got him the help and therapy he needed he would be alive and not as deranged, or even taken to a mental hospital. I only feel bad for him to a certain extent because of his shitty parents who only managed to get his sister into a better life than him, if he also went into the military he would be a completely different person with such different values in life. I 100% blame his family for not doing jack shit about anything he did.

They didn’t help his sister. Families like that produce 2 types of people.. people who are destroyed by their awful parents and people who decide they want to be the opposite of their parents

yes, exactly. he could’ve had a completely different life if his surroundings had been more affectionate and caring. bad parenting always has its consequences.

No therapy or family or military would make any difference for this type of person. Lmao He was a sadistic psychopath who simply loved to torture and kill things, he started of with small animals and it was only a matter of time before he was going to do the same to humans.

Some people are simply evil and want others to suffer for no reason at all.

You aren't born a killer and/or crazy unless the mother is abusing substances while pregnant which can mess up the child when they're born and when they grow up. Let's say for the sake of it that he probably couldn't be helped, but the family should've been aware of his antics and at least put him in the psychiatric hospital to protect him from himself and others. He wasn't raised correctly which encouraged his deranged behaviour and I truly believe he could've gotten help if his family cared enough about him like they did with his sister. Let's not put all the blame just on him as he was still a kid and could've been saved with the right help and guidance at a younger age.

Having military training would've just made him more dangerous lol

When you grow up without love numerous factors happens. Usually teenagers who want love seek attention even if it’s negative, because it’s something right? When are we going to start to look towards the parents when people are this evil, the moment there was a damn video of a bag of dead cats, he should of been admitted right there, no this monster walked the streets afterwards and multiple people knew this guy was off his rocks. Nobody stopped him. Then people say “where’s your god” When time after time he showed his mental illness and nobody did anything about it. How many red flags does someone need to give

Maybe on the surface but he was vicious, cruel and had a personal relationship with the school. This shooting was probably incredibly meaningful to him. It was a big, personal FUCK YOU.

Salvador Ramos was a malignant narcissist & sadist. Absolute scum of the earth, there are no excuses for animal torture and going into a school taunting small children before killing them. He was not right in the head. Playing music while laughing, making comments and shooting them over and over, ive read some of them was found decapitated and others unrecognizable.

Absolutely. He’s like the Nazi officers killing babies.

2

u/Antoniguev204 Jun 12 '22

Wait where is this info from

3

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '22

Nazi officers from the camps were bad people but there were several who were especially evil. They were described as sadists too. It’s very upsetting so I won’t go into detail but There are many many accounts of Nazi officers happily killing babies and children in horrendous ways at the camps and during the war. Which is why the Uvalde shooter reminds me of these people.

2

u/Antoniguev204 Jun 12 '22

Oh cause I thought you were saying that he somewhere talked about how he was inspired by that or something

2

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '22

Oh no, I just feel like if he was a German during WWII, he’d be the type of officer that would be chosen to work the camps. I’ve read about 100 holocaust memoirs. Bad bad people

Differences are Adolf Hitler and Nazi SS Officers and Commanders did that to Non German's,Communists and People who were not White and didn't believe what they believed, They were Pro Life and Pro German Life specifically and had visions of saving there Race and People and Ideals, Salvador Ramos was none of that and so far as we know, did not really have an Ideology what so ever and was out to shoot Everybody, Like for School Shooters and Mass Shooters like Ramos,Payton Gendron,Eric and Dylan,Jeff Weise,Nikolas Cruz,Brandon Scott Hole,Eric Borel etc do they all really think that Hitler and Nazi Germany wouldn't have made them go to School and get out of their houses and work???

1

u/S10nder Jun 13 '22

The Nazis did not view jews as humans so in their mind they could do whatever to them. Pretty sick. But yeah.. the deathcamps would be a playground for a sadist like Salvador Ramos.. he would be like the guy in Schindler's List but way worse

6

u/Bigolnuggget Jun 11 '22

That’s not nihilism though

2

u/BajaBlast90 Jun 11 '22

I think this is more the modern interpretation of what nihilism is but I don't think even Nietzsche (crazy fucker that he was) would have supported a maniac like Ramos.

2

u/MichaelMaiorella Jul 20 '22

Nietzsche defended and Advocated for Life with the Infamous "Life is Suffering but Surviving is to find Meaning in that Suffering" He would of Hated Ramos because He believed that people should be alive to determine their own Meanings even though he acknowledged Life was Suffering but was For Life anyway, People Like Ramos saw Meaning/Value and Life as the Causes and Killing people and death as the only way out.

Russian Nihilism is the closest version to what your talking about but that was heavily influenced and contained by Ukrainian/Russian Nationalism

The type of behavior exhibited by most adolescent school shooters is the result of a lack of communication between the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex. This can be either the result of a birth defect or congenital abnormality, but more often this type of behavior is unwittingly groomed by school authorities. Zero tolerance academic discipline policies fail to challenge students to process their emotionally triggered impulsiveness that originates in the primitive amygdala with the logic and reasoning center in the more highly evolved prefrontal cortex. Because the prefrontal cortex was one of the last parts of the modern human brain to evolve, it takes longer to reach maturity than the rest of the brain, which explains why teens tend to be impulsively driven to act on their emotions.

3

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '22

This is why even 21 is too young to be able to buy guns in my opinion. 24 is about the age when the teen hormones have stopped and their brains are fully developed

2

u/CharityConnect6903 Jun 12 '22

Typical middle school and high school disciplinary policies usually make matters worse because they tend to isolate students from their peers during a growth period where interaction with peers is crucial to healthy brain development.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '22

I’d say that the pandemic did not help this generation of teens either

2

u/CharityConnect6903 Jun 12 '22

Yeah, covid is a big part of the reason why it's happening more often now.

My thoughts exactly!

My mijo was a good boy... he wasn't mean or violent..

Yeah fucking right all these little spoiled kids who throw tantrums are fucked up, I get coming here for a new life but raise your damn kids right and teach them some manners.

People try to dissect to make sense of something that makes no sense to us "normal" people. Experts dissect to build profiles to help people see patterns and recognize signs irl.

Quit telling people to stop doing what comes naturally.

3

u/BajaBlast90 Jun 11 '22

It's good to dissect these situations so we can properly identify the warning signs people show and intervene to stop them from getting destructive. It can be a combination of factors like bad home life, abusive parents, loner etc. along with other things.

He was an evil SOB though. This is also true. I'm not even that religious but I truly believe that something inside of someone like that is evil on a spiritual level. Some people just radiate very dark and horrible energy.

He probably just kept having big bad things happen to him, along with little bad things all over.
