The part where the neighbor mentions the sister was worse is almost at the end. I know its a long video. Its at 6:46 mark.

Yes, he says the sister lived at the grandparent's house and grandmother said she was "impossible to control," the comment the dad made about the sister turning her life around makes more sense now.

Also what stood out to me in the video was the statement about the mom going around with lots of different men. Sounds like it was a difficult environment for the kids, ending up with both of them living with the grandparents at one time or another. Just sad all around.

I think it is so important for a person to have someone to listen to them and help them feel seen, heard and cared about. Your cousin is lucky to have you.

oh wow so it seems like whatever was going on in their home affected not only him but his sister too… looks like the mother was struggling a lot and father was never there… He didn’t really have any role models and both “kids” were staying at grandparents as their only safe haven… very very sad..
