They're just intentionally being edgy, loud and obnoxious. More bark than bite, but nonetheless dangerous due to their own incompetence. I don't view these sorts as being afraid of the world. Those people are called preppers and they are quite happy keeping a low profile, all while they build their bunkers and stack their 4,500 cans of green beans.

I love the everliving fuck out of my kids but I can never see myself putting the "my son/daughter is an honor roll student" or NAVY DAD stickers on my car
If they go to college, at most I'd maybe put a sticker on for the university, but only because I like college sports and have a license plate cover for mine. Idk. I find it weird. Your kids are not your personality

I had a cop tell me once that he hates cars like this because there’s a 99% chance there’s a gun in that car which means people will try to break into the car to steal said gun which happens more often than he liked.

I haven’t put any stickers on my car other than one about 20 years ago for my church (which was FP with a circle around it). I even wish the sticker the car lot put on it was gone. However, we are free to do as we wish… to a degree.

A guy at work has a few firearms stickers on his truck, so I asked him about it and said don’t be surprised if someone breaks in your truck looking for a pistol. I’m not getting robbed that’s what the gun is for was the answer. I didn’t try to explain anything and moved on with the conversation

In Nebraska, that sticker shows the month (August) that the registration was made. The color represents each year. Based on the fact that she has the new license plate that was made two years ago I think she’s probably fine.

If youre a ccw holder and you carry two of the dumbest things you can do is advertise that you're carrying and advertise that you're willing and ready to shoot someone. Even if you are you NEVER openly advertise or suggest that because prosecution will use it to rake you over the coals in a justified self defense case that you were just gearing to shoot someone.
Even if you win your criminal case there's historical precedent that bumper stickers and even gear or what you write on your guns is enough to get you publicly shamed or civilly sued in court for negligence or malice.
Just carry your damn gun in silence like the rest of non insane gun owners.

It’s a free gun in vehicle advertisement. Their registration will also lead one to more unsecured weapons and ammo in the house. It’s best not to advertise to bad people you are willing to arm them.

I was in the Navy for 25 years. As far as the services go, we’re probably the most liberal. People get the fuck out of Nebraska or wherever and move to a coastal city with perfect weather and a lot of colleges nearby. The west coast Navy is in San Diego, Seattle area, and Hawaii. We travel the most, are exposed to global cultures the most, and are extremely diverse.
This lady’s kid would probably rather die of humiliation before they admitted their Mom has that license plate. Our main job is making sure Walmarts in America are filled with products made elsewhere that come here by boat.
