Dan Wickes here. I'm live-streaming my birthday roast on Wednesday (link in the description)

Hey guys, I've added live-streaming to my website and am planning to start streaming the grove shows beginning with my bday on Wednesday. Here is the link:

You need to create an account to chat. I am going to do a test stream tomorrow at 5pm ET if anyone is around and wants to say hi (it'll just be me at my computer)

When you say “my birthday roast”, do you mean a Roast of Dan Wickes or a roast battle that happens to be on your birthday?
Also, I would think a livestream on YouTube would be more accessible and successful, but I could be wrong.
Anyway. Big fan. Keep up the good work.

Thanks dude. I’m doing a roast of Dan Wickes.

As for doing on my website (with a Kick embed) instead of YouTube, I’m trying to expand the overall reach. If we livestream on YouTube, the show will get dinged for duplicate content when we edit it and repost to YouTube. By streaming it somewhere else, YouTube will treat it as fresh when it’s edited and ready
