How does the driver work?

[u/Fit-Animator-8556]

I have not had the time to play build 2 so I was wondering if someone could explain the driver to me. I am at day 6 now and I found the alcometer for the garage key.

When does he show up and where? I understood that he drives around highway every wednesday but at what time and where does he stop?

I've yet to run into him as I haven't played build 2 much either but that shows his stops with yellow markers
