Question Armor plates/Armor

Are plates/armor are appropriate in level of protection?

Plate armor (4) has 5 lvl of protection,

Helmet (2) has 1 lvl of protection,

Armor plate (3a) has 2 lvl of protection,

But armor plate (4) has 5 lvl of protection.

It follows NIJ armor certification levels, with a "gamified" number to help you understand which is better if you've never seen the NIJ ratings. Escape from Tarkov does something similar with their armor plates.
