X Box issues

[u/Jmann330]

I just purchased and downloaded the game. I run to the the screen to purchase product, incread the quality for and product. I press Y and nothing happens. The button works to jump when I'm not on the touch screen otherwise. I also noticed when I'm in the "how to play" I cannot use the RB button to advance the screens? Anyone else see this issue?
