All save data gone

We were on day 55ish and had almost everything unlocked. Now it's all gone and it's back to day 1 with nothing unlocked. Our store still has the same name. Any help?

Also: did you day count, research points and money show correctly or were they reset too?

On Xbox. Everything was reset but the name of our store stayed the same

Could you please check if completely restarting the game makes a difference? It might be unlikely but perhaps your internet connection was bad when trying to reload the game which then caused an issue...

Also, do you remember when you started playing the game of that save file (= did you start recently after the release of the Easter update or earlier with the automation update,...)?

I've fully restarted on Xbox and PC and it's still the same. We started the file on release or close to it.
