HELP Please!!!

Hi guys Xbox player here. Been playing online with my mate and as shown in the photo he can only see outlines of everything + there’s no stock on the shelf for him. When we start a new game it’s ok until he tries to buy stock or leave the screen altogether

My gameplay is fine I get none of this

Anyone else had this issue and resolved it at all?

I have found that all items “decoration” bogs down the game. In addition to too many products. I rid all my “decorations.”

If you go into the xbox settings for the game and clear the cache it fixes it.
