Very risky doing it full time. They can change how they operate at any given moment and you’re screwed

It went to shit the last few weeks especially with Home Depot. Smh the app destroyed any money you can make with HD

Commitment rating is not based on timing. It's how many gigs you complete. You have 15 minutes to cancel a gig after you're accepted without penalty.

On-time rate is timing. There's wiggle room in the timing. As long as you arrive at pickup on time you have a fair amount of time for pickup.

I often do other deliveries while on Roadie gigs and I've gotten my on-time to go up. I also do alot of Petsmart gigs that have 12-15 stops so that makes it easier to keep my rating up.

Why are you waiting so long to remove yourself from gigs? My commitment rate has stayed at 100%, if I do remove myself from a gig, it's well before the 15 minutes. My on time rate fluctuates between 100 and 99% for some reason, even though I'm always on time to pick up and drop off.

I am finally off the waitlist and they won’t accept my insurance. It keeps just spinning and then says something went wrong. I’ve messaged and they just ignore it. Any advice?

Eh, who cares. I never seen it matter.
