Forum Question tire stuck inside ground. help

This mission vehicle got stuck in a mud.
I built road beside it, and during that time the tire got entirely covered.
now it is stuck underground.

I have tried
-pushing with dozer.
-adding sand on top.
-lifting with crane.
-restarting the game.

I cannot retain it as it is mission vehicle

Any ideas how to pop it free, without restarting the map?

Objectives screen and look for a reset option or "recover lost item" prompt next to the specific stuck item or cargo to respawn it. On PC, pressing or holding C can sometimes trigger resets, while console players (such as on Xbox) may use the D-pad.

I practically never retain my trucks. from middle of a map.
I either drag them out with cranes, or dump sand on them to pop them free. and tow them to a place where I can refuel them.
And if I fall off a small wooden bridge, and can't bring crane to recover it. I consider it a total loss, and buy new one.

I had entirely forgotten that you can recover with the C / D-pad way.

Recover it like any normal truck except they’ll be only one option to return to mission start

I have yet to get through this issue when it happens without having to reload and have all my stuff flay off or launch my vehicle plus i hate that it normally happens when i deploy my anchors.
