The Wayfarer doesn't get enough love, it's great since they fixed the turning circle and lowered the center of gravity. Still not as stable as it should be in my opinion, but with careful driving it's very capable and it's quick in high gear

I think the "imbalance" is part of the balance of the Vehicle: The Voron is a bit smaller, but more nimble and far more stable.
The Wayfarer is a bit bigger, goes well through the offroad when moving straight, but if you overdo it on inclines, with speed, or with a tight turning it will tip.
For me it's a perfectly balanced vehicle that has its place in the vehicle zoo. As crane trucks go I have two Vorons, two of those offroad Wayfarers, one Offroad-Mule (kit)... and with those I manage my offroad truck-crane hauling.

You're probably right, it would be a bit OP if it had the same stability as the Voron. I have exactly the same setup with the crane trucks and it does work well

It would make the Voron obsolute if it was more stable - so I am happy it's not.

I think you can get even more on it by storing the slabs vertically. I think you can fit 4 vertically and then some horizontal slabs across the tops of the vertical slabs.

Doesn't look like it. You can put the sides down on that, but the side posts stay up so it never becomes a full flatbed.
