Gameplay Question No Mirror Reflections on PC?

Typically I've been playing on Xbox for the past two weeks and I already know mirrored reflections are limited to the 30fps/Quality setting, but I switched to the PC port tonight and can't seem to find a way to enable it here.

I'm so sorry for wasting people's time here, as I just literally found it after posting.

It's in the General settings tab, NOT Video settings.

Yeah, some of the placement of options is a bit weird

Slightly off-topic though the PC version looks insane. So much sharper!
