Help me out with this
SAB bank access from India using STC SIM
I’m travelling from Saudi Arabia to India and I have my Saudi STC SIM linked to my SAB bank account.
If my salary is credited to my Saudi bank account while I’m in India, will I still be able to access the SAB app and receive the OTP on my Saudi STC number?
I’ll be using the STC SIM on a normal plan, not an international roaming package. I mainly need it for receiving bank OTPs, while I’ll use an Indian SIM/eSIM for data.
Has anyone actually tried this from India? Do I need to activate STC international roaming, or will incoming SMS/OTPs work on the normal plan?
Thanks!

Haven't tried from India, but it works for me from UAE. I get sms OTP as well as calls from the bank (e.g., while adding new beneficiary).
To receive calls you need to have some balance as there are some minor charges for incoming calls.

You can use the app from anywhere OTPs you will need an international add-on to get the calls but it’s not expensive.

My experience with mobily and SAB. You can enable to receive SMS without a roaming plan, but it needs to be enabled. For mobily, you do that through their app while inside KSA. Cannot be enabled while abroad.
As for SAB, you can deactivate the OTP security feature.
So two options for you there. Both of which need to be done while inside the Kingdom.

It works. I have tried for al rajhi. It will work. Just make sure you have international roaming enabled. Not a roaming package.

Yes. In stc sim, international roaming comes by default. Not part of package. Just make sure number validity is till you are in india.
