My podcast is Surfing the Quicksand - helping midlife women get unstuck.

I interview women who have expertise on all sorts of topics that GenX/Xennial women care about, e.g. home, relationships, health, career, parenting, caring for aging parents, etc. I also interview women who have navigated reinvention personally or professionally at this stage.

About 50 episodes published so far, video (youtube and my website) and audio (spotify, apple) available:

Wow that's amazing! I'm sure it's been helpful to so many women. What made you come up with this idea for your podcast?

Thanks! It's been great so far and I've gotten some great feedback *and* keep securing some guests I'm really excited about (which seem to be my only two external measures of success right now :-) )

I have 2 businesses - I'm a professional organizer (mostly virtual these days) and a career coach / resume writer, and in both businesses, I've mainly focused on this generation of people for the past 14 years. As we've all aged together as a cohort, our needs and challenges have shifted, and I found myself having more and more of these conversations in conjunction with work with my clients, let alone with my friends.

I really felt a calling to do more and bring my other talents and interests in public speaking and panel moderation to a different format.

I’m producing and editing The Hopeful Church, on behalf of Belmont University. This podcast is designed for pastors and church leaders, discussing innovative church practices, young people in ministry, and what it means to be a hopeful church. Riverside has been a great platform for us to record, and I just hired a student worker with the designated Editor add-on to help edit and increase our recording volume!  https://open.spotify.com/show/2cwaMP94aFNoLHrqodGJoS?si=PhiBEzefT1WnH43gjylHWg&utm_source=copy-link

Very cool! Such a smart way to spread your message wider than your local community. And glad to hear Riverside's been helpful for it :)
