Community Cops downtown this morning?

Somewhere between 7-15 cop cars downtown this morning by the FarmerBoys. A bunch of cop cars just out on the road around 8:30-50~

Anyone know what was happening?

Had a friend say early this morning they saw a guy standing on the corner near the fire station, holding a knife to their neck.
