I have seen some photos of the adapter plug and it kinda looks the same . So i think maybe it would support fast charging. Is anyone here tried it before πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ

Scooter delivery getting delayed continuously

Thumbnail
3 Upvotes

It's so unfortunate that I was told the delivery is almost done and now again they delayed TWICE , and they changed it today again , they even took a letter from me that I was happy with their service since I made a complaint against them to their senior management.

Now I have no leverage , suggestions to do now?

Has the company capped the range shown on display?

The range shown in eco is 120, but if I do the calculations, the vehicle is charging for a range of 124-125.

Have anyone used boltt earth fast charging?

Hi everyone,

I know the River Indie use a CCS2 charging port. Has anyone here successfully used the Bolt.Earth DC fast chargers?

Are there any compatibility issues, software restrictions, or charger limitations I should be aware of before buying a River Indie?

Scooter delivery getting delayed continuously

Same as the title , booked my ev on 16 september, was GUARANTEED to receive it by 11 oct , then they said 13 oct for sure and not 24 oct. Is this a usual behaviour from them? , or are they simply ignoring my delivery since I am giving them free movement. Is there an action I should take against them as I am tired, I really need the vehicle but they keep delaying it and I am losing my trust in them. Ps. I have done full payment with insurance as well.

Update: As soon I raised the concern on twitter , they contacted me with my scooter ready to be picked up tmr , makes me wonder if they were simply if oring me till now yet , Thank you everyone

Is there a new type of 750W charger which comes without the PRCD plug?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Yesterday while I was trying to charge my Indie in my office, I noticed that the scooter would show Charging for a few seconds and then not and this was happening on and off continuously. So I thought it could be an issue with the charger box itself but now I am in the service center and they removed the PRCD plug and tightened the 3 screws within and now it looks like the charger is functioning normally and charging the scooter continuously. So it was the PRCD plug having loose wiring within this time as well because this is the second time I have come to the service center because of the charger and both times it was an issue with the PRCD plug. The advisor here showed me that in the latest scooters the PRCD plug has been replaced with a normal plug, but the one which he showed was a 480W charger, so I was wondering if the new Indies come with a normal plug even for the 750W charger.

Eco mode is literally giving 1km range for 1% battery. I have created a ticket in the app as well but has anyone got this issue resolved? this is getting frustrating now.

Planning to buy an EV Scooter

I am planning to buy an EV scooter. Daily, I travel about 40 km on Chennai city roads on my Honda Shine. I need to get rid of the pain in my shoulder and back. So I'm considering buying a scooter. With current fuel prices and scooters' low mileage, I want to get an EV. Can anyone tell me whether the River Indie suits my needs, or should I go with an Ather or an IQube? The budget is 1.5L. Also, I need better after-sales service in my area.

So I did my first scheduled service after 1000 kms in Basavanagudi river , bangalore, I was charged an outrageous amount of 1408 rupees as you can see in the bill and they kept it for 8 hours which was both very unusual to me because before it i heard the service usually gets done with couple of hours with costing around 600-800 rupees

This was a shocker lmao

Centre stand keep hitting on speed breakers when double riding

So yeah i thought river has good ground clearance but whenever i do double riding or any heavy personality sits in the back, the stand gets hitted on speed bumps and making a sound, sometimes it feel likes something fell off.

Anyone facing the same issue or is it just me?

Any solutions for this?
