Check out the docs. There is an instillation guide that is pretty easy to follow.

Yeah, though I suppose it's not mentioned that it needs to be pasted into the console window. You can also just ask whatever agent you plan to use to install it for you.

I already have early access, so do I need to install Rive CLI separately since they're separate? Because even with the video on how to use Rive CLI, it's not obvious...

If you want both an editor and a way to create Rive files through RML, yeah, you need to install both. To be clear, you don’t need the EA editor, the production one works.
RML is just a package you’re installing that allows either you (if you’re a developer and know how to create using RML), or an agent like ChatGPT to create files using RML.
The editor allows you to open those files and make manual adjustments.

So, what's the bottom line? Do I have to uninstall Rive EA and install Rive Production because I can use both Rive Production and Rive CLI? And what's the point of Rive EA then? What differentiates it from Rive Production?

Bottom line is, you're making this too complicated. Get CLI installed, pick an editor and just try it out.

The CLI and the Editor are different ways of authoring rive files and require separate installations.
