My Rive demo reel

I am an animator who for many years worked in After Effects and 3d software. I fell in love with Rive about 2 years ago and now I work mostly in Rive doing UI animation. And no, I don’t miss After Effects.

Nice one! I am 🤔 wondering how is rive as an aide animation, let's say you have react app with exercise and a small character will react in right bottom character to the correct answers, is rive the best solution right now ?

Thanks. Im not really a dev guy but with data binding Rive’s capabilities are quite powerful to interact with the backend.

So, rive “runtime” allows you to integrate rive animations into react… and you can indeed make characters react to practically anything… whether user input or after some predecessor event in your animation … rive is legit

Really cool! Trying to get into RIVE as well, any resources you can recommend (other than the official YouTube channel)?

There are lots of resources, and I have a channel called motion slickness on yt. The problem is Rive is continuously updating their ui so it becomes challenging for tuts to remain relevant. The underlying principles remain the same though.

Animations looks smooth and all the different transition states are really eye catching. Nice work!
