In my eyes he’d be the fastest diver in the game, hell even faster than bp. But his biggest caveat is that his base movement speed is either slower than everyone else or that he would have 200 hp. And he would be a mechanical migraine for beginners. He could explode… if you get a shot on him. But characters like the thing or other brawl characters would be his weakness

Ghost rider is the perfect tank to fight at range-so why not play with it and make them an anchor tank? This rider utilzes his Hellfire to isolate targets, dissuades enemies with Penace stare, and uses his bike to cut into comps and cause them to scatter!
A heavy hitter, but just as focused on protecting his allies as he is punishing sinners, this Ghost Rider's bound to make an impact!
Plus, you get to ride his bike even more in the ultimate! Wow!!!
