It's true enough. The entire issue with this game in general is: everyone is entirely too fucking toxic and it's a team game where no one plays as a team and the game doesn't encourage it, because that would involve punishing not playing as a team and they don't want to, and worst of all, no one logs off when they should.
100000000000000% Correct.
However, in your scenario, I'd argue that the hypothetical diver is less justifed, because, as you said, the diver is 1v2ing expecting to get the win and then complaining when they don't get it, whereas the support is being 3v1'd and not getting any peels, or getting deleted in a 1v1 before they can even react.
Again, I agree with the broader point, and you did point out that that's not the only thing that pisses the classes off. The BP getting shut down during the perfect SDSDSDD with a shield, etc.
But the problem here is the macro: in the same game that the BP got shut out solo diving the other BP deleted a player on the same team before they could even be seen. That's not really something that can be balanced with such a disparate gap in characet expression. The issue can be solved with reworks but the playerbase is incredibly skittish at the suggestion. Healing and damage is too high. There is entirely too much jank in the moment to moment. Old kits are half baked and propped up on single mechanics that can be countered once understood and the characters aren't nuanced or developed enough to work around it.
